Training - Our Trainers

Principal and Director Lizzie Wagner is a former international model and conducts much of the training and coaching herself. Lizzie is also a presenter, host and compere for gala events.

Kelsey Padjen

Kelsey has a Bachelor or Arts in Fashion Design from RMIT. She is the head stylist for The Lizzie Wagner Group, running Personal Styling sessions, fashion shows and other major events. She teaches at the Academy in modelling, grooming and deportment, wardrobe and image.

Jessica Garnett

Jessica is a qualified business management consultant and trainer and has many years experience in  developing and delivering a wide range of training programs.

Dr Julian Boulnois
Psychiatrist, Author, Journalist, Broadcaster, Lecturer, Mental Health Advisor and Facilitator.

Eric Leape
Management consultant and Company Director – including business planning, negotiation techniques, telephone skills, client service and performance management.

John Walker
John is a graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts Drama School, he is probably best known for his work on the popular television series “Full Frontal” John has worked extensively in the corporate sphere writing, performing and presenting.

Vanessa Risti
Vanessa began as a student and has been with the Lizzie Wagner Academy as a model for 12 years. She has a Cert IV in Makeup Artistry from the Makeup Glamour Technicians – Sydney. She has been teaching at the Academy for six years in Image modelling, photographic and makeup.

Lilliana Bogatko
Lilliana studied Theatre in Poland. She is a Producer, Director and Presenter.

Lisa Ridgley
Morning breakfast show host on MIX 106.3, Lisa is also a compere, presenter and speaker with the Lizzie Wagner Group. Lisa coaches in Media and presentation skills and is available to host gala events.
